Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your subscription dashboard — you keep Pro until the end of your current paid period, then get an additional 30-day grace period before downgrading to Free.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing — all your invoices, customers, and history stay intact. Only Pro features (unlimited clean PDFs, premium templates, brand kits) get disabled. Resubscribe anytime to re-enable.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Stripe. Local payment methods (FPX, DuitNow) are on the roadmap.
Can I switch between Monthly and Annual?
Yes. Change anytime from Manage subscription. Stripe handles prorations automatically.
Do I need a credit card for Free?
No. Free is genuinely free — no card, no expiry, no surprise downgrade.
What if I need more than 5 clean PDFs but can't pay yet?
Keep using Free. PDFs above 5/month still save and download — they just include a small "Made with invoice-diy.com" footer. Your customers still get a real PDF; we just get a tiny credit.
